noisy radiator ineffective heating

the location was acceptable, close to hiking trails.

The room was not heated properly. Just a small, noisy radiator struggled to warm the space. it really wasn't effective.

friendly staff free upgrade perfect location

The staff was very friendly. I got an upgrade after my first night since I was staying for four nights. The location was PERFECT to do all my hikes in Jebel Shams. One hike started right next to the hotel.

The hotel is very close to Jabel shams, however, there is NOTHING to dislike.
