The staff was very friendly. I got an upgrade after my first night since I was staying for four nights. The location was PERFECT to do all my hikes in Jebel Shams. One hike started right next to the hotel.

The hotel is very close to Jabel shams, however, there is NOTHING to dislike.

I found the location excellent with amazing views. The staff were friendly, upgrading my room when one was available. I appreciated the fine design and attention to detail in the decor. The food provided a good experience after a day of hiking.
